The Knowledge Partnership Program (KONEKSI) is a collaboration initiative in the fields of knowledge and innovation that supports partnerships between Australian and Indonesian organizations. The program aims to promote inclusive and sustainable policies and technological advancement, while addressing social and economic challenges by leveraging local expertise. KONEKSI is supported by the governments of Australia and Indonesia and is operated by Cowater International.

Miracle served as an expert partner in the KONEKSI project, focusing on the design and implementation of AI capabilities as part of the program’s comprehensive knowledge management system. The collaboration began by defining KONEKSI’s AI strategy, identifying key use cases, data sources, and objectives for utilizing artificial intelligence in daily operations and decision-making.

Based on the strategic framework, Miracle implemented several practical solutions using the Oracle APEX application development platform and the Oracle AI Database 26ai. These solutions included modular functionalities and AI-powered chatbots that enable efficient searching, integration, and analysis of data from various sources. This allows both structured and unstructured data—such as documents, guidelines, and operational database information—to be utilized in a unified, user-centric manner.

As a result of these solutions, KONEKSI’s knowledge management has become more up-to-date, transparent, and easily accessible, supporting the program’s goals of operational efficiency and data-driven leadership. KONEKSI has been highly satisfied with the smooth collaboration, Miracle’s expertise, and the results achieved. The partnership with Miracle is viewed as a long-term commitment and will continue in the future with new projects focused on further developing AI and knowledge management.
