Miracle Finland Oy

Founded in 2007, Miracle Finland Oy is a growing Finnish IT consulting firm specializing in modern data management solutions. Our team consists of seasoned database and application development professionals with decades of experience and a mastery of diverse technologies.

Our expertise is extensive, covering deep database knowledge, data warehousing (including Data Vault methodology), multi-language and low-code programming, machine learning, analytics, and Generative AI + RAG solutions. We are committed to continuous growth and systematically certify our experts to stay at the cutting edge.

With a flat hierarchy, our operations are fast, agile, and flexible. We pride ourselves on a diverse team of specialists from various backgrounds and generations. Our History

Miracle Finland Oy was founded in 2007. Originally, the company was co-owned by the Danish firm Miracle A/S, which had been operating since 2000 with around 150 employees.

In 2010, Miracle Finland faced a pivotal moment: the management and owners had to choose between winding down operations or making a bold investment in growth. Fortunately, they chose growth.

Following this decision, Miracle A/S divested its ownership to allow for a fully Finnish ownership base. This transition opened the door for key personnel to become deeply committed to the company’s long-term development. While ownership changed, Miracle A/S remained a close and valued partner.

After the eventual sale of Miracle A/S, Miracle Finland and Miracle Iceland remained as independent entities. Since then, Miracle Finland has expanded into Southeast Asia, establishing Miracle SEA Consulting in Singapore and forming the Miracle Consulting Group to drive international growth.

Owned and led by the Helskyaho-Hollming family, Miracle’s core values remain rooted in trust, commitment, and putting people first. The owners’ mission is to ensure Miracle Finland is a workplace where people thrive and grow over the long term.

Global Expansion: Miracle SEA Consulting established in Singapore

In early 2025, Miracle made the strategic decision to expand into the Southeast Asian market, selecting Singapore as its regional base. Miracle SEA Consulting Pte. Ltd. officially opened its doors on November 3, 2025. Leveraging our expertise in Oracle, Data, and AI, Miracle is dedicated to supporting Southeast Asian enterprises through their digital transformation journeys.

Singapore will serve as our regional hub, from which we plan to grow our team to over 50 specialists and expand further into neighboring markets. We are proud to bring Finnish innovation, precision, and reliability to Singapore—a world-class hub for technology and business. Our goal is for the Southeast Asian region to account for more than half of the Group’s total revenue by 2027.
